Let's Go BoatingYour boating activities committee has put together a schedule of activities for 2010 consisting of several long weekend cruises and rendezvous on Lake Murray. We are still looking for a coordinator for the Memorial Day weekend trip. If you would like to volunteer to lead this cruise please e-mail or call The committee opted not to set specific dates and destinations for the day-trips. We’re leaving that up to whoever wants to plan one! Since the logistics of day-trips are fairly simple, they can be added at any time throughout the year—just make sure there’s enough lead time to communicate the information to the membership. If you want to plan a day-trip for small boats, PWCs, or any other type of boat, choose your destination and contact Boating Activities Chairman P/C David Price, AP (803.345.1847 or 803.206.6572) to get it added to the Squadron calendar. *** No coordinator is needed for the rendezvous scheduled at Flotilla Island, but a volunteer is needed for each of these events to make a list of the boats and to count participants.
